Case: You are a consultant specializing in labor-management relations within the aviation industry. Crew members of a newly established domestic air carrier are seeking advice. The airline's pilots and flight attendants have asked you to construct a consultative report complete with an executive summary and recommendations on the topics described below.

Question 1: Analyze a labor relations system in another part of the world, and then discuss the differences between that system and the United States. Are there any features/functions/aspects of that system that you would recommend be adopted in the United States?
