Case Scenario:

David has a bright future in his career development at IOWA University. At the age of 23 years old working only 5 months in the university she has already been promoted to Senior Program Coordinator, tasked with creating and implementing new strategies and processes for administrative tasks in the faculty. These initiatives will directly support the universities student`s enrolment process. The first project assigned to her in this role is to develop a fully online Degree course in the area of Digital Marketing. However her project is at risk due to a non-cooperative employee by the name of Steve who has been working in the team for almost 30 years and is a specialist in online course development.
