Using the attached financial report for Amgen, Prepare a report and a complementary excel sheet with the financial statements, the financial ratios and the tables and charts used for the report. Please send also the annual report that you use as a reference for the assignment. Please use year 2017 as reference.

The report should cover the following points

1) Introduction - Brief description of the company & sector, the main activities, how they can be affected by the economic environment & strategy of the company.

2) Analysis of the Income Statement, identifying the main revenues, expenses and margins, and comparing the evolution year-on-year.

3) Identify and explain how revenues are recognized in the company.

4) Analysis of the Balance Sheet of the company, identifying the main assets, liabilities and Shareholders' Equity components and comparing the evolution year-on-year.

5) Analysis of the Statement of Cash Flows, identifying the main components of the Operating Activities, Investing Activities and Financial Activities, and comparing the evolution year-on-year.

6) Analysis of the key financial ratios related to liquidity, leverage, efficiency and profitability

7) Which is the opinion of the auditors reflected on the letter/report issued by them? Do the financial statements represent the fair image of the company?

8) Conclusions and recommendations.
