Potential Problem / Issue (it is important to define the problem: drop in sales, low profit margins, high employee turnover,...)
Data Collection (relevant qualitative and quantitative data can be collected from different sources to develop an understanding of the case under study)
Data Analysis (different analysis tools can be used based on each case:
• In strategy and marketing cases, beside the regular quantitative data analysis, there is a need to include analysis of SWOT, Porter's Five Forces, PEST Analysis, Value Chain Analysis, Key Success Factors, Market Share Analysis, Positioning Map ...
• In Organizational Behavior Cases, there is a need to include analysis of issues like culture, structure, employee engagement, job satisfaction, diversity, motivation and incentives, Leadership ...
• Analysis relevant to each business topic should be included in this part.
Identify issues that need to be fixed.
Suggest Possible Solutions (Alternatives). It is recommended to ask students to think of three possible solution to the highlighted problem.
Evaluation of the Proposed Solutions (Pros & Cons or evaluation Matrix)
Recommendation (The best solution after evaluation)
Action Plan (How the recommended solutions will be implemented). It is important to have students write an action plan to describe how the best solution can be implemented in details.

Title that describe your topic (Choose any relevant topic)
A section describe the principle questions you are addressing in your research. On the top of the page, you should write "Question". Below the word "Question", you should set formal question or questions.
Following these questions, you should begin your essay with the introduction.
Explain your questions' importance in developing your analysis.
Explain the answers for the set of questions you have asked. You can provide research-findings from academic sources to support your arguments.
Highlight other findings or alternative theories that could have impacted your answers

Each paper should have a title page and a list of references
The body should contain approximately 3000 words, with double spacing, Times New Roman 12 point font, 1 inch margins.
Number your pages and make sure all pages have 1 margins.
