Each and every country's government has some firm and particular rule and regulation of procurement, whereas private procurement is easy and flexible. Private procurement is seen as integral to the organisation. As public procurement too much follows the process, the external forces sometimes become irritated and they prefer to choose private procurement. But private procurement is more commercial oriented.
