Briefly describe the team about which you will be writing. What was the purpose of the team? Was it an ongoing team or a project team?
What was your role in the team? How did that affect the team's dynamics?
What strategies did the team use to manage the group process?
Describe the processes and standards followed by your team to perform at its best.
After assessing your team's performance, what changes would you make if you could reformulate the team from scratch? Explain your rationale.
