Narrative: A paper that describes and analyzes: (1) a specific challenge or problem of the current health or health care system, (2) the key organizational, market, program and/or policy forces that are affecting your selected issue; and, (3) some potential strategies the could be used to address the problem, including an assessment of the risks/benefits of these strategies.

Systems Map: Using systems thinking tools, develop a stock and flow map that depicts the various aspects of the challenge you've selected.

Stocks: What variable(s) do you want to go higher or lower;

Flows: What are the inflows/outflows causing stocks to rise or fall; Auxiliary variables: other intermediate variables (constant or dynamic) affecting either stocks or flows. You may use Vensim, drawing tools in Word, or even draw the model by hand (does not count towards your page limit).
