Question: You are required to identify an organization, including the one you are familiar with, which is facing significant ongoing change because of the disruption caused by an external threat such as COVID-19. Prepare a report for your CEO analysing the leadership challenges facing the chosen organization. Your report should:

a) Explain and quantify the impact of the disruption to their old business model.

b) Discuss the leadership and management challenges the organisation faced in dealing with the threat.

c) Describe and critically evaluate how the leadership in the organisation responded.

d) Detail the impact on staff and the strategies to deal with the problems identified
