In week 5 the focus has been on subconscious decision-making biases that influence the decision-making of individuals and groups/teams. To further reflect on these biases, please: (1) identify a situation in which either you OR the team of which you were part experienced a decision-making bias, (2) analyse what happened and how it affected the decision-making outcome, and (3) discuss what steps could have been taken to circumvent this issue.
