Question: The document "API Strip Problems" shows the results obtained when microorganisms were subjected to different tests. These tests and the results they provide were explained in the video CHEM200 Identifying Microbes. The results obtained from testing E. coli using the API strip that were presented during the above video are also shown in the API Strip Problems document. In addition, this document shows 3 other sets of results obtained using different microbes. Analyse these results using the API website to identify the 3 microbes. Also explain why this identification method does not always give a 100% match to a specific microbe.
