b. Identify academic, peer-reviewed, researched and referenced facts and key assumptions which are relevant to your analysis of the ethical problem. Fully reference each fact.

c. Analyse the ethical problem using act utilitarianism, identifying all relevant consequences. Compare negative versus positive consequences and assess whether net utility will rise or fall as a result of the ethical act being examined. Provide a clear ethical discussion and conclusion.

d. Discuss the relevance of the general topic (ie one of the three general topics identified above) which you chose (do not focus on your specific ethical problem) to the objective of sustainability, clearly identifying relevant environmental, social, cultural and economic dimensions.

a.Define ethical issue. Explain why important 3 2 Good discussion of the ethical issue but this is a double barrelled question.! b. Identify facts & assumptions 6 2 These are not facts as much as they are assertions. You are not saying what has happened but what the company should do. Good assumptions you need to make to fill the gaps in this topics c. Act utilitarian analysis 8 1 you were to give a range of negative and positive consequences based on a utilitarian reading of your question; then give an example of the net rise and loss of the utility. While you have the grasp of the concept you have not fulfilled this task. this is not a balance assessment nor have you give the net gain/loss
