(1) Analyse the current safety leadership style of the Senior Management (e.g. CEO, COO, VPs, Division Heads). You must substantiate your analysis with descriptions of events, activities, processes, communication, or programmes, etc.

(2) Interview a supervisor OR middle management (e.g. a Manager) from this workplace. Your interview will focus on eliciting his/her view on the safety leadership style that he/she has experienced at this workplace. You are to include a transcript of the interview.
