Your task is to read the scenario below and write report on how you would go about solving the workplace problem.

You work as Head Chef at a well known Korean restaurant In Sydney. The restaurant seats 100 customers. Last night, you had a lot of people coming for dinner and the kitchen staff were rushing to get everything made adequately. Customers had to wait and the restaurant staff, lead by Team Supervisor Yolande Lane became upset. The restaurant was also short of staff due to a staff member phoning in sick only 30 minutes before the start of evening service. Today, a customer comes in and complains about how the food he received gave him food poisoning and he wants a solution as soon as possible.

In your report, you should describe what action you would take
