Assessment project - Part B

In the research project of part B, students are required to analyse case project schedule using critical path and program evaluation and review technique (PERT) analysis

This is an extension of part A research project.

A report covering the following points should be prepared:

1. Provide a comprehensive summary based on Assignment 1 (Part A)

2. Analyse project schedule using critical path, and program evaluation and review technique (PERT) analysis.

3. Develop Project Budget and Cost Management Plan

3. After 3 months of project start, describe and assess the health of the case project using earned value analysis.

4. Assess critically contemporary project management practices related to your case project. A report of 2000 words summarising your report must be submitted on the due date. Your report must have a cover page duly completed and signed, and it has to be fully referenced in Harvard style.
