Case Study: I am an health, safety and environmental (HSE) officer and were recently promoted to HSE manager. My responsibilities are to manage the company's safety management system and address all the company's health, safety and environmental aspects.

The Engineering company specializes in the following construction phases:
1. Pre-construction
2. Site work and foundation
3. Rough framing
4. Exterior Construction
5. MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
6. Finishes and fixtures
