Case study.

John wants to invest in a property with a loan $350,000 from the bank. With this amount, he decided to purchase a property with a maximum price of $265,000. This led him to have an LVR below 80% which is 79,6%. After successfully purchasing this property, John start renting his property for $245 per week. He then decided to take another loan and the bank gave him $530,000. Later on he purchased another property with a maximum price of $410,000 and an LVR of 79.83$.
