This assessment must be completed by each individual member of the group together through participatory and collaborative work environment under a group leader of each group (3 members in each group). They need to submit individual reports (Part- A: A 1000-word written case analysis which determines and critically analyses what problems exist and come up with the best possible strategy to achieve the desired outcome). Students should critically analyse a case study of organisational behaviour in a real-world business scenario. A case study analysis requires students to investigate an organisational behaviour/ problem- respecting privacy and maintaining diversity of employees: examine the case issues/situation and propose the most effective solution using supporting evidence. (Part B: Analysis and findings will be presented in the class in a 9-minute presentation, each student contributing 3 minutes). They will need to present their group leaders allocated sections of the real-world scenario of organisational behaviour'respecting privacy and maintaining diversity of employees' in front of class.
Assessment 2 -Part A: 1000 words Individual written case analysis (20%) on Week 10 Sunday 6 pm.
Each student must submit 1000 words written analysis. A case study analysis requires student to:
1. Identify at least four key problems/issues in relation to organisational behavior- respecting privacy and maintaining diversity of employees
2. Discus why these issues exist and who is/are responsible for them
3. Analyse how they impact the organization
4. Provide specific and realistic solution(s) or changes needed.
5. Explain why these solutions are chosen
6. Support this solution and recommendations with solid evidence,
7. Students should use the knowledge including appropriate theatrical frameworks, and concepts learned from textbooks, readings, discussions, and lectures. Include evidence of the research you have done for your analysis and discussion and acknowledge all sources of information (Citations and list of references in APA style).
