Your Audit should show if this Policy/Procedure/System is correctly adhered to at your Council by the BCA staff.

Fact Scenario
You are employed at the Sunnybrook City Council and have identified an issue with assessing foundations in poor ground. You believe the Council needs to purchasea Ground-test Scala Penetrometer Kit to enable you, and your colleagues, to undertake more accurate assessments. You have spoken to the Council's BCA Quality Manager regarding the issue, and they have asked you to generate a Continuous Improvement Request (CIR).
