Based on your completed portfolio tasks and PDP development episode,you should write 1500 (+/-10%) words of reflection on how this module has helped you develop your skills throughout the semester (week 1 to week 12)using Gibbs' reflective model in your:

a. Professional Development - Choose one topic from below. Do not discuss all the topics. Analyse and reflect on how learning from this module has developed your professional abilities from week 1 to week 12. Give examples of how you have used / can use the learning from this module.

Assessment criteria
- Comprehension of task and requirements: Successful understanding and completion of the task, addressing professional, personal and academic development. Learning logs and PDP are attached.
- Acquisition of knowledge and application: It is evident that the paper is based on the entries in your weekly learning log and PDP. Other sources have also been used to support your work.
- Presentationand Referencing: Professional presentation following academic structure, using headings and paragraphs to structure the work, no spelling, grammar or punctuation errors and a clear line of argument.
