You are required to choose one of the following topics and complete a critical research and analysis essay encouraging you to link your learning to real-time, real-life experiences from your life and workplace. The following is a list of recommended considerations and structure for this assignment:

You must use at least 8 academic references (peer reviewed journal articles) in this assessment.
