Please choose a familiar local business (in Saskatchewan or your hometown, preferably one of which you have working knowledge), analyse a problematic aspect of the workplace's organisation or set-up, and recommend a possible concrete - not abstract - improvement to the workplace. (This will be different for various types of businesses - think restaurant vs educational institution vs grocery store.) With the established business practices and guidelines in place, how would you communicate well and persuade your boss that your recommendation is beneficial? Address your report to your 'boss' at work, asking their approval. Students may work in pairs or trios on this assessment, but only one grade (shared) will be given. Each curious topic must be approved by the instructor. If you wish to speak to anyone in person, please consult your instructor first for approval. As a justification report, your report should recommend a course of action based on the findings. Organise and develop your ideas logically.
