Your final paper will be an exploration of an artwork of your choice that falls within the dates and regions treated by this course (prehistory-1300AD/CE, Europe and the Mediterranean basin). This paper is not a response paper, or a summary of what we have learned in class.

This paper prep. sheet is due as a hardcopyin class on Thursday, October 18.
The final version of your paper is due Wednesday, November 14, at 8pm as a Word document uploaded to Blackboard. Papers submitted late by any amount of time will be penalized two grade increments per 24 hour period (for example: an A paper submitted up to 24 hours past the deadline becomes a B+ paper, and so on).
