An enclosure contains an array of circuit boards, 15 cm high and 20 cm long. The clearance between the tips of the components on the PCB and the back surface of the adjacent PCB is 0.3 cm. Each circuit board contains 75 square chips on one side, each dissipating 0.15 W of power. Air enters the space between the boards through the 0.3-cm x 15-cm cross section at 40°C with a velocity of 300 m/min. Assuming the heat transfer from the back side of the circuit board to be negligible, determine the exit temperature of the air and the highest surface temperature of the chips.
