A coil of 5000 turns is wound in the form of an air-cored torus with a square cross section. The inner diameter of the torus is 60 mm and the outer diameter is 100 mm. The coil current is 0.25 A.

(a) Determine the maximum and a minimum values of the magnetic field intensity within the toroidal coil

(c) Determine the average flux densty across the torus and compare it with the flux density midway between the inner and
