Gretchen, TextForge's COO has stolen John's new service idea and is now pitching it to the company's CEO as her own. She already has John's survey data that supports the decision, but she is not sure this information alone is enough to sell it. Her assistant suggests pulling data on Amazon e-book sales to demonstrate how large this market is. What really sold the idea to Gretchen, however, was talking with a few customers herself and getting some great feedback.
