  • Review the information CCHA collects for interested volunteers (under Volunteer Recruitment on page 2). In 1-2 paragraphs, 500 under the heading 'Volunteer Recruitment Intake Form', provide recommendations on what kind of information CCHA should / should not collect, and why they should/should not collect it (cite your sources).
  • Conduct academic research and research into business recommendations. Identify 4 unique and amazing best practices for recruiting and selecting excellent volunteers that would be appropriate for CCHA.
  • Best practices for employee recruitment and selection may also apply to volunteers (if the practice is appropriate to volunteers).
  • Each best practice must be supported by at least 3 relevant outside sources (and at least 1 academic source).     • Where (if applicable) should clearly, fully, and specifically outline where the practice would occur (for example, over Zoom? Over e-mail?). This may not be relevant to all practices
    • Why should clearly, fully, and specifically outline the rationale for using this practice. What is gained? Why is this an amazing best practice?
    • How should clearly, fully, and specifically outline exactly how CCHA could implement this best practice. Take them through the steps.
