Although many interest groups fight for new legislation, more likely they are fighting behind the scenes with agency leaders to obtain more equitable rules and regulations on already implemented laws because agencies have enormous power when a bill is enacted to decide how it will be applied and creates the rules and regulations (Greenberg et al., 2020). What do you think about interest groups? Should their power be limited?
