The Leadership of a newly established Australian-Belgium joint venture organisation (JV) for an international project identified that their culturally diverse staff have different preferences for working together in the JV. This has already caused problems between JV team members and raised concerns for the future success of the project.

As a consultant, you have been asked to use the 8-scale work practices of Meyer's Culture Map and that includes Australia and Belgium.
