Air pycnometer-measure porosity of biological material

An air pycnometer was used to measure the porosity of a biological material. Two 4-litre chambers were used. The first chamber was pressurized to 200 kPa. After the pressure is equlibrated to 2 chambers, the pressure in the chamber 1 was 22 psi. Determine the porosity, air space volume, and the pressure in chamber 2.
