If there are unmet human needs, the employees would not feel part of the organization fully. There's also little involvement and participation which overall affects quality and performance of the employees. They also tend to be demotivated and lose morale. This extends to the delivery of customer satisfaction, poor organizational public image, and customer loyalty may also be affected. Eventually, it results in reduced profitability. This can be achieved through employee motivation, effective reward systems, training and development, creating room for creativity and innovation, through participation and involvement. The leadership should try to meet the human needs by having a committed top management with very effective communication and empowerment.
