Ten (10) boxes from LA average 96.3 pounds with a standard deviation (S) of 12.5 pounds and fifteen (15) boxes are selected form Atlanta with an average weight of 101.1 pounds with a standard deviation (S) of 10.3 pounds. Does a 99% confidence interval support those complaining? Assume equal population variances. Explain your findings.
