Question: The International Olympic Committee (IOC), the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF), and the Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) are a few organizations that, in my perspective, provide global governance within the sports business. These organizations are in charge of establishing rules and regulations, planning international contests, and encouraging the growth of sports all over the world, among other regulatory and supervisory duties related to sports. In order to address this problem, these organizations should unite and draft legislation that would encourage more diversity and equality for all participants in sports, regardless of their gender, color, or any of the numerous other backgrounds they may have. Furthermore, diversity needs to be ingrained in these companies for them to see its value, which will help reduce these occurrences and, ultimately, make these genders feel more equally treated and included rather than excluded. In addition, advocating for gender parity in opportunities and raising the profile and representation of women's sports can also help address these problems.
