Taking into account the advantages and disadvantages of extending credit to players, I again advocate in favor of jurisdictions permitting casinos to provide this incentive. While casinos equipped with financial resources may choose to pursue debtors without collection agencies, they must accept the consequences that involve court proceedings and public scrutiny. Bernie Zadrowski, who lead the bad-check unit at the time said, "Multibillion-dollar corporations don't make great victims." Despite the drawn out collection process, all jurisdictions and casinos that are permitted to offering credit will continue to do so.
