Thomas has entered into a contract of employment with Cloth Industries as a specialist tailor for a period of ten years. He is halfway through his contract of employment and has had a particularly difficult week. He heads off for the "country" as soon as he can get off from work Friday evening. En route to his house he is involved in an accident and he loses sight in both of his eyes. It is clear that his condition will now prevent him from ever working as a tailor again. Advise him on the status of his contract of employment.
