The scenario created for this task is as follows:
You are a group of (3 - 4 student) new graduate trainees at a medium, private organisation. Your Manager has outlined your graduate training project: your team is to advise the company on an organisational problem currently facedby the company. The project will require you to gather information within andoutside the organisation, you will need to analyse the information gathered,and propose solutions in the form of a consulting report as well as apresentation to the General Manager of the company.
As part of the graduate training project, your Manager has given you a teambuilding assignment. Your task is to produce a report how to turn your group of student graduate trainees into a highly functional team capable of carryingout the graduate training programs. This assignment is intended to provide an authentic teamwork experience.
This task gives you the opportunity to work collaboratively and to developteam-based skills

You need to:-
1. Introduction. State the topic of the report, what you will be arguing, and how you have structured the report.
2. Analyse your team composition. Describe the individual members and their interrelationships. 3. Identify three issues likely to affect team performance. Based on your analysis in Section 2, identify three potential team issues (opportunities and problems arising from your team composition) that are likely to impact on team performance. You need to include at least one possible problem or weakness. Explain and clarify using concrete examples. Use Organisational Behaviour concepts, theory and frameworks in addressing this section.
4. Recommend how you would address each issue. Based on your analysis in Section 3, provide three recommendations. Recommendations are the suggested actions based on your analysis in Section 3.
