Respond to parts 1 and 2.  This will be due the last day of class:

1. Develop a proposal for a one year advertising campaign for a local business of your choice.

The proposal should be a minimum of three pages total and should include the following sections:

  • Introduction - describe the local business
  • Creative Strategy
  • Proposed Advertisements (newspaper, radio, TV and one other media): briefly describe each and how large of an audience you expect to reach through each
  • Proposed Sales Promotions (at least three different sales promotions)
  • Media Schedule
  • Budget(rough estimate; include an estimated CPM)
  • Conclusions

2. Explain one or more ways in which you might use the material that you've learned in this course in your personal or professional life.  This section should be a minimum of 1/2 page in length.
