Your Company is an Oil & Gas distributor with its Headquarters in Houston, TX (obviously). With the current issues in labor availability, they have decided to revamp their hiring practices and try to attract more talent. They want to be able to advertise jobs in more places but still want local candidates, they want to focus on some specific skills such as MS Office suite familiarity and presentation skills, plus they want to hire people who have already obtained their Bachelor's degree in either Engineering or in Business, depending on the type of job they will hire for and to also have worked in the Oil & Gas industry before.
