Can you discuss and expound the four advantages of mutual fund in layman's term? 

These are the four advantages of mutual fund: 

  • Taxes are not applied in your capital gains.
  • Mutual Funds companies also has the potential to provide dividends and offer some shareholder rights. 
  • Reports are more transparent and has a higher level of accountability.
  • Mutual Fund is considered by many to be better overall in terms of regulation because Mutual Fund companies are subject to full disclosure and issuance of reports.
