Explain your thoughts Disagree or Agree to the Discussion:

There are many advantages of having decentralized training. One of them is, saving money for the company. It could happen at the store, and any of the employees could perform the training. Furthermore, the leading organization could provide a video to train the new employees in a short time with the available work matrices. Moreover, It wouldn't cost the company a fortune because the employees would get trained at the workplace rather than traveling and be staying at hotels on the company's expenses. On the other hand, the disadvantage could be losing the standards of the products "A decentralized approach to training managers and hourly employees has many disadvantages for your organization. You lose control over the standardization of your training material as well as consistent training programs." The plan for the training needs of the hourly paid staff of a Domino’s pizza franchise should be exciting for the employees; match the main organization standards; and should be useful. Employees could keep the interesting video training that addresses the employees age and interest. Furthermore, the training should be ongoing for the new and current employees to refresh their information and stay with the code. The amount spent on the centralized training is high because they want to keep their standards of the products in all stores. As noted in the textbook, that there is a time limit to finish 140 donuts, and they have to be checked and weighed. This action could help the organization to maintain their standards and keep their reputation.
