QUESTION:

Preceding studies on computer based procurement and e-commerce revealed that technological attributes in an e-procurement system, particularly its perceived advantages are substantial determinants of E-procurement adoption in different organizations (Grandon and Pearson, 2004). Accordingly, personal attitudes to perceive relative advantages of a system tend to be the drivers of the individual decision to grab new systems and employ them at work.

Base on your experience and readings so far, what are the barriers in perceived advantages of a new e-procurement system by the employees in an organization? How these risks could be mitigated?
