Next, discuss in some detail your impressions of the wisdom, fairness and effectiveness of the primary tax structure used within your locale. Is it progressive? Regressive? Does it encourage business or drive business away? Does it provide adequate protection against recession? Does it allow for future growth of the community? The government body? ETC.
