Not all workplace conflicts and grievances can be resloved at the workplace. Whereby conflicts and grievances are not concluded in the workplace and the aggrieved person/s is of the belief that they have been unfairly treated, a dispute is then lodged as a labour dispute. Labour disputes as per the LRA can be settled by Mediation/Conciliation, fact finding, advisory arbitration, binding arbitration, submission of the dispute to an appropriate court and strike action.
