I need some assistance with my introduction. My paper is on Aircraft Avionics systems and how they help prevent accident and incidents. I have my introduction already written, but would like someone to read and revise to make it sound more professional. Any help would be appreciated. Below is a copy of my introduction so far.

Assessing the Advancements in Avionics Technology and its Effectiveness in Preventing Accidents

Advancements in avionics technology have undoubtedly played a major role in the prevention of aircraft accidents and incidents. Advanced avionics has provided pilots with the tools necessary to prevent aircraft accidents and incidents from occurring. Without the use of avionics, pilots would have had to rely on human senses to maneuver through both ground and air. An aircraft fitted with avionics systems, provides pilots with the navigation and communication tools needed to maneuver the aircraft in the safest way possible. Although human error is inevitable, the advancements in avionics systems provide pilots with the information necessary to reduce the chance of error by advising the pilots with proper directions to avoid dangerous situations.
