Using OB principles, please answer the following:

1. Assuming the other employees did learn of the tellers' raise, in what way(s) could the bank preserve the motivation and commitment from the other employees despite the raises to the tellers? Specifically, how might the other employees feel about the tellers' relative level of compensation and what specific things could Duncan do to bring perceived equity into alignment across the workforce?
2. While the compensation approach described was results-based, in the future what ways do you think Duncan could motivate and satisfy the tellers without giving monetary raises? In other words, what other forms of value could the organization provide to the tellers (and any other employee) as alternative to a wage increase
3. From an administrative perspective, particularly HR, what short and long-term impacts would this raise have on the culture of the organization?
