BP 142/90 Ht 5'4" Wt 170 During the history, Ms. Carr denies any complaints today and reports "I am lucky because I have been healthy all of my life." She has never been hospitalized and has had no surgeries. Her only medication is Calcium; she takes 1000mg/day since menopause at age 56. She is allergic to Penicillin which causes a diffuse rash. She has never been pregnant. She states the last time she was immunized was when she was a child. Her last pap smear and mammogram were 5 years ago and were normal. Her family history reveals that her mother died at 80 years of age of advanced Alzheimer's disease and her father died at 50 years old from a heart attack. She is an only child. You continue with her social history. Ms. Carr lives in a house with her dog. Her husband died 3 years ago.
