In a particular city, a proportion 0.30 of the adult population report having graduated from college, a proportion 0.40 work in the professional services industry, and a proportion 0.6 subscribe to a video streaming service. With only this information, what is the largest that the proportion of the adult population possessing all three characteristics could be?
