Therefore, it is important to adopt a holistic perspective towards human resources management which ensures that piecemeal strategies do not exist and thus the HRM rules enmesh at a high rate with that of a firm objective. For example, for a business to function well, there should exist some training among employees. This will motivate them resulting in organizational success. If employees met perfunctory training on omnibus topics, it may lead to loss of direction in an organization as well as the loss of time. However, those organizations that put more consideration in its HRM policies will make sure that their training is typical and focused approaches.
