A school screening program was implemented to detect middle school students with scoliosis, A thousand students were examined by school nurse, the sensitivity of the nurse examination to detect scoliosis is 60% and its specificity is 80%all students labeled as possibly having scoliosis by the school nurse are sent for X-ray of spine. How many students are referred by the school nurse for a plain X-ray? What is the total number of students who tested positive by the nurse.
