65 year old male admitted with fever and chills. Found to have dehydration, acute kidney injury, and UTI. Was treated with IV fluids and IV antibiotics. Symptoms improved and patient has many allergies antibiotics were d/c'd. Kidney function is still impaired. Admitted for rehab due to deconditioning. He is A & O X3, fair PO intake for dinner last night. Voided 150 mL at midnight, urine dark amber. Temp at midnight 99.8 VS: 80, 16, 116/68 94% on RA Admitting/Primary Diagnosis:
