Mr. Chan is a 65-year-old Chinese male, who has been admitted to a subacute unit for uncontrolled diabetes. His blood sugar levels have been unstable and require frequent monitoring. He has a large dressing covering his right heel ulcer. You must change his right heel dressing this am and reposition him in bed appropriately. Blood Sugars over the last 24 days have fluctuated, last night it was 18.2mmol and this morning 14.2 mmol. The right heel dressing has purulent drainage and an odour, also the right leg is painful. Vitals 169/72, Heart Rate 102/min regular and strong, O2 saturations 94% room air, Temperature 37.6 C oral
